Come in and experience the charming spaciousness of the solid prefabricated bungalow. The open-plan, solid prefabricated bungalow Chopin is divided into approx. 100 square meters of living space. The centrally located hallway connects the large living area and the modern, open kitchen with all the other rooms. All rooms are bright and spacious. In addition to the aforementioned living and dining area and the kitchen (including pantry!), these are: a bedroom with an adjoining dressing room, the spacious bathroom and a separate toilet. There is also a spacious utility room. The house also has a covered terrace that you can use almost all year round. A special feature of the Chopin bungalow is the possibility of converting the roof. Despite the classic bungalow design, a lot of additional space can be created in the attic. In addition to the obligatory hallway, our floor plan proposal includes two additional children's rooms, a spacious guest room and a children's bathroom. This makes the Chopin bungalow perfect for larger families. Individualization is a top priority here! The option of converting the roof of the turnkey* Chopin bungalow is by no means everything. Of course, as with all other ROSTOW houses, you can freely design the floor plan taking the statics into account, including changing room sizes, etc. If the additional roof extension still does not provide enough space, it is also possible to design it as a "bungalow with a basement".
